Check for sharp material
Nails, tile, glass, and splintered wood can make cleanup unsafe. Bag small sharp debris, stack boards carefully, and keep children and pets away from the pile. If the debris is too sharp or heavy to handle, leave it in place and take photos for the crew.
Do not forget the staging area
